The participants were 7 student therapists. The self-empathy based music therapy was conducted for a total of 8 sessions once a week. Each session lasted 2 hours. Sessions ran from September, 2016 to December, 2016. All the subjects were asked to complete the Korean version of Self-Compassion Scale(KSCS) and Relationship Change Scale(RCS) for the pre-test and post-test. RCS scores indicated no significant differences, although the understanding component was significantly increased.
